We have French, English, Australian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Turkish and of course Lao as neighbours. We are fortunate to live across from the Lycee's 4th grade teacher and his family. He has been kind enough to shuttle our kids to school every morning along with all the other French kids in the neighborhood. He has two kids same age as  Miranda and Eliana. They have started playing together which is really nice. Down the street lives Tom, the only other native English speaker in Eliana's class.   Eliana keeps riding her bicycle up and down the street hoping to "bump" into someone new_ sadly, no much luck so far.
